Culinary Delights:
Made first batch of venision jerky some time ago... very good it was. I am marinating another bigger batch in the fridge right now - set to dry tonight. It's a big hit with any and all company.

On the other hand - we sucked at making rosettes and krumkake. We tried and tried but we obliterated every attempt into little crumbs of dripping-with-oil fritos.
